I propose to take Questions Nos. 790 and 792 together.

The term of the National Famine Commemoration Committee, which was due to expire at end-2016, has been extended for a further year. The arrangements for the 2017 National Famine Commemoration are still under consideration by the Committee. Details of the arrangements for the commemoration in 2017 will be announced following the conclusion of this process.

Among the other matters to be considered by the Committee during 2017 are arrangements for future years, including the question of introducing a fixed date for the National Commemoration.
