I wish to refer again to my answer of 16 November on this matter.  Responsibility for a number of piers constructed under the auspices of the ex Congested Districts Board was vested in my Department. The pier at Kilkeavagh is not one of these structures and my Department has no documentation pertaining to proven title of this pier.
