To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform the total photography costs for his Department per annum since March 2011, inclusive of costs incurred from use of the ministerial allowance in tabular form; the occasions for which photographers were booked; the photographers used; the breakdown of costs associated with each occasion that a photographer was used; if there is a policy regarding the booking of photographers within his Department; and if he will make a statement on the matter. In response to the Deputy's question, the table below outlines photography costs incurred by my Department since 2011. The Department's Internal Procurement Policy and Procedures applies to all purchases made by my Department operating under the key principles of best value for money, compliance with EU, National Law and National guidelines and maximising the use of centrally established framework agreements.
