330. To ask the Minister for Social Protection if, commencing on 11 December 2016, a security company will be responsible for opening and closing Government buildings in the Millennium Centre, Dundalk, which currently accommodates a number of State offices (details supplied); if this function was to date performed by public servants at the service officer level; if this change contravenes the Lansdowne Road agreement; and if he will make a statement on the matter. While the Department of Social Protection has a presence in Government Buildings, Millennium Centre, Dundalk, the Revenue Commissioners are the main tenant of the building. As such they are responsible for arranging the opening and closing of the building. The Minister for Social Protection has therefore no statement to make on the matter.
