My Department has decentralised certain functions to a variety of locations as outlined in tabular format below.
Functions and locations as stated have not been re-centralised to Dublin.

Carlow, Cork, Dublin, Shannon, Sligo | Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) (formerly National Employment Rights Authority (NERA)). | NERA was established in 2007, with headquarters in Carlow and regional offices located in Dublin, Cork, Shannon and Sligo. The WRC was established with effect from 1/10/15, incorporating the National Employment Rights Authority, the Labour Relations Commission, the Equality Tribunal and the first instance functions of the Labour Court and the Employment Appeals Tribunal into a new Body of First Instance. |
