The person named submitted a 2016 Basic Payment Scheme (BPS)/Areas of Natural Constraint (ANC) Scheme application on 5 May 2016. EU Regulations governing the administration of these schemes require that full and comprehensive administrative checks, including in some cases on-farm inspections, be completed before any payments issue.

The application of the person named was selected for a ground eligibility inspection. This inspection has been completed, with the island land in question having been inspected on 23 November 2016. The outcome of the inspection will now be processed to finalisation and in the event of any non-compliances being identified the person named will be notified of these shortly.

On completion of this process any payments due under the BPS and ANC Schemes will issue to the nominated bank account of the person named as soon as possible.

The person named submitted a 2016 Basic payment/Areas of Natural Constraint scheme application on 6 May 2016. EU Regulations governing the administration of these schemes require that full and comprehensive administrative checks, including in some cases remote sensing (i.e. satellite) inspections, be completed before any payments issue.

The application of the person named was selected for a remote sensing eligibility inspection. This inspection is currently being processed with the intention of issuing any payments due as soon as possible. In the event that any queries arise officials in my Department will be in contact with the person named.
