173. To ask the Minister for Finance the steps the Revenue Commissioners are taking to ensure that consumers are not being disadvantaged by a marked differential in consumer products priced in sterling and euro (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [35856/16]

The issue raised by the Deputy is not a matter for the Revenue Commissioners or my Department. The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission is the statutory body responsible for enforcing consumer protection and competition law in Ireland.
