To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the number of penalty points awarded in 2014, 2015 and to date in 2016; the number of persons in the same years who received penalty points; the number of offences that caused penalty points to be awarded over the same time period, in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
