The names of terrestrial bookmakers not resident in the State who have applied to my Department for a Certificate of Personal Fitness are set out below. All such applications are from persons resident in the United Kingdom.

The Deputy may wish to note that, in accordance with the Betting Act 1931, the Revenue Commissioners maintain a number of regularly updated registers of persons to whom bookmakers licences are granted. This register can be accessed on their website at - .
