The person named submitted a 2016 Transfer of Entitlements application to my Department seeking the transfer of entitlements by Inheritance. Additional documentation required to process this application was sought from the Representatives of the deceased on 13^thOctober 2016. Following clarification regarding the additional information, all outstanding issues were resolved to allow for the application to be finalised. Acceptance letters have issued on 11^thNovember 2016 and payment is due to issue in the coming days.
