274. To ask the Minister for Health if the diabetic insulin pumps for clients in Cork will be provided through a new contract or through the existing Medtronic contract. [34349/16]

275. To ask the Minister for Health if a consultant will be able to choose or prescribe an alternative diabetic insulin pump to that supplied under contract to the HSE. [34350/16]

I propose to take Questions Nos. 273 to 275, inclusive, together.

Under the Health (Pricing and Supply of Medical Goods) Act 2013, the HSE has statutory responsibility for the administration of the community drug schemes; therefore, the matter has been referred to the HSE for attention and direct reply to the Deputy.
