To ask the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs if her attention has been drawn to the fact that an agency (details supplied) has received over €36 million in State funding from her Department via Pobal but is refusing to obey and honour the findings of a Labour Court judgment in the case of forced redundancies of its workers; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
