An application under the Area of Natural Constraints Scheme was received in my Department from the person named on 21 April 2016.

Payment under the scheme issued directly to the nominated bank account of the person named on 7 October 2016. This payment was subject to a 3% cross compliance penalty in relation to landscape features following a ground eligibility inspection.
