To ask the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation the number of companies that have been involuntarily struck off by the Companies Registration Office in each of the past three years; the value of assets transferred to the state as a result of this and any amounts that were subsequently reinstated to the organisations concerned as a result of high court proceedings; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The following is the number of companies that have been involuntarily struck off by the Companies Registration Office in each of the last three years:

Information concerning the value of assets transferred to the State as a result of these strike-offs and any amounts that were subsequently reinstated to the organisations concerned is not collected by the Companies Registration Office.
