To ask the Minister for Health if further information has been submitted to his Department by the suppliers of a drug (details supplied) in order to make a decision to support the reimbursement of the drug; if such information has been received, when he expects a decision to be made; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The HSE has statutory responsibility for decisions on pricing and reimbursement of medicinal products under the community drug schemes in accordance with the provisions of the Health (Pricing and Supply of Medical Goods) Act 2013; therefore, the matter has been referred to the HSE for reply to the Deputy.
