I propose to take Questions Nos. 343, 344 and 386 together.

The Department of Health in collaboration with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and the Office of the Attorney General is considering the views of the United Nations Human Rights Committee and will inform the Committee and the named individual's representatives of the State's response within the required timeframe.

While the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade acts as the Agent for the Government in relation to complaints made to the United Nations Human Rights Committee under the Optional Protocol to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, the Department of Health is the lead department in relation to this case.
