Under the EU Regulations governing GLAS and other area-based payment schemes, a comprehensive administrative check, including cross-checks with the Land Parcel Identification System, must be completed before any payment can issue.

The issue that arose during this process in relation to the Traditional Hay Meadow action is actively being examined by Department officials.  It is expected that the issue will be resolved shortly and following the successful completion of all pre-payment validations, payment will then issue.
