To ask the Minister for Health the position regarding the HSE’s utilisation of the Whitfield Clinic in Waterford; the details of the health services purchased from the Whitfield Clinic by the HSE for the period 2012 to 2015; details of the health services contracted from the Whitfield Clinic by the HSE for the period 2012 to 2015; the rolling service level agreements between the HSE and the Whitfield Clinic for the period 2013 to 2015; the valuations and details of any current contracted service level agreements and of any proposed agreements; the details of the current beneficial owners of the Whitfield Clinic in Waterford; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
