An application under the 2015 Basic Payment/Areas of Natural Constraint Scheme was received in my Department from the person named on 31 March 2016, thus incurring a 100% late penalty.  Medical evidence, in support of his case was included by him with this application. My Department wrote to him on 19 July, requesting further details relating to his medical condition. To date, no reply has been received from him. As soon as a reply is received, his case will be further examined.
