To ask the Minister for Health if there are specific psychiatric services within the HSE, which persons who have suffered from clerical or institutional abuse can avail of; and if training is given to psychiatrists or other related staff to prepare for treating and dealing with persons who have suffered from clinical or institutional abuse.
