To ask the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine further to Parliamentary Question No.193 of 19 May 2016 regarding an AEOS payment on behalf of a person (details supplied), if an appeal has been received by the Agriculture Appeals Office from this person; if so, when a decision will be made on same; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Agriculture Appeals Office has confirmed that an appeal was received from the person concerned and has been assigned to an Appeals Officer. An Oral Hearing was held on 14 July 2016 and a decision letter will issue to the person concerned in due course.
