633. To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government the reason there has been a reduction in the 2015 group water scheme funding in respect of a scheme (details supplied) in County Kerry; if the level of funding will be reinstated in line with 2014 levels; and if he will make a statement on the matter. In line with the suspension of domestic water charges, and to ensure equity of treatment with households on public water supplies, the subsidisation for those on group water schemes has been restored to the level that pertained prior to the introduction of domestic water charges for households connected to the public water supply for the same time period. Details of the revised subsidy rates are available on my Department's website at:www.housing.gov.ie/whatwedo/water/moreonwater/groupwaterschemesandruralissues.
