To ask the Minister for Health the funding allocated to general practitioners for house calls out of hours; whether a person who is housebound is entitled to a GP visit upon request; if not, the waiting time persons are expected to wait for a visit from their GP; his views on whether it is proper practice for a GP to refuse a house call; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
