To ask the Minister for Health the Health Service Executive's policy for section 38 health agencies to disclose the salaries of their staff; if these agencies have been advised by the HSE not to reveal staff salaries if requested through a freedom of information request or by a journalist or by any other person, as reported recently; and if so, the reason this advice was given and the number of section 38 health agencies it was given to; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
