To ask the Minister for Health the service that will be put in place to replace the eye-testing service for fifth and sixth class students as part of the primary school children optical scheme, following its discontinuation earlier in 2016; if reforms or new services will be in place before the resumption of school in September 2016 and the timeframe for this; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
