To ask the Minister for Health the reason when a person is in need of home help hours and is awarded the hours these hours cannot be accessed due to a lack of availability with private care companies that are recommended by the Health Service Executive; the alternatives in place to ensure that the much needed hours are made available; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
