My Department has not applied for pre-financing with regard to the current phase of EU funding programmes.

As you may be aware there is a health theme within the INTERREG Cooperation Programme funded under the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). I understand that the INTERREG Programme received pre-financing and that the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, who is responsible for the ERDF programmes, has provided details of this to the Deputy.
