To ask the Minister for Health if he will review with the Health Service Executive the decision to transfer all psychiatric beds from County Tipperary to Kilkenny and Ennis, County Clare as this is clearly not working on the evidence provided by staff of the service in County Tipperary; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
