To ask the Minister for Health the waiting times and number of patients in the bands zero to three months, three months to six months, six months to one year, one year to two years, two years and above to see an endocrinologist at University Hospital Waterford by type 1 and type 2 diabetics in each of the years 2013 to 2016 to date; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
