EU regulations governing the Direct Payment Schemes and Rural Development Programme Measures in relation to all aspects of the Basic Payment Scheme including land eligibility are compiled by the European Council, Parliament and Commission, in conjunction with all Member States. Any revision to these regulations is not a matter for an individual Member State.

My Department and I have and will continue to be fully involved in the process for the compilation and revision of EU regulations.
