50. To ask the Minister for Justice and Equality when she will normalise the residency status of a person (details supplied); and if she will put temporary arrangements in place to facilitate the person in resuming employment while she is processing the application. [16448/16]

I am informed by the Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Service (INIS) of my Department that the application in question is under consideration and a decision is anticipated shortly. Temporary arrangements to cover further processing time will not be necessary.
