130. To ask the Minister for Finance the State bodies under his remit which have developed memoranda of understanding with his counterpart in Northern Ireland with regard to the efficient delivery of services on the island of Ireland; if he has carried out a cost-benefit analysis of the development of further memoranda of understanding; the details of this; and the new memorandums of understanding he will create between State bodies given their remit. In response to the Deputy's question I would like to highlight that there are 18 bodies under the remit of my Department. I have been advised by those bodies that none has such Memorandums of Understanding with my counterpart in Northern Ireland.  I have no plans at this point in time to develop a Memorandum of Understanding with my counterpart in Northern Ireland and I have not carried out a  cost/benefit analysis  with regard to the development of further Memorandums of Understanding  with regard to the efficient delivery of services on the island of Ireland. However, if the need arises in the future I will review the situation and I will consult with my Government colleagues.
