281. To ask the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the grant aid available for forestry planting and energy purposes; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [14173/16]

The afforestation scheme provides grant aid for the total cost of establishing new forests. The potential end use for these forests includes wood for energy purposes. The following lists the grant aid available.
