The applicant in question has applied for animal housing and an in-parlour meal feeding system under the Young Farmers Capital Investment Scheme Tranche 2. His application has passed the initial administrative checks. All applications received in a given tranche have to be examined and then ranked and selected before approvals commence. Approvals for the second tranche of applications will commence in a matter of weeks.
