To ask the Minister for Justice and Equality the number of the 29 victim requests for reviews of the Director of Public Prosecution’s decision not to prosecute since the implementation of the victims' directive, which resulted in the decision of the Director of Public Prosecutions being reversed; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The Director of Public Prosecutions is statutorily independent in the exercise of her functions. Therefore, it is not possible for me to provide the information sought by the Deputy.
