88. To ask the Minister for Finance the amount a company (details supplied), which is currently in the National Asset Management Agency, spent on legal fees fighting the campaign against the development of a national monument at Moore Street. [11989/16]

The Deputy's question relates to the financial affairs and operations of private company. I, as Minister for Finance, have no role whatsoever in such matters.
NAMA advises that the loans associated with this company were sold as part of Project Jewel loan sale in 2015.
I am further advised that NAMA has no involvement in the court action to which the Deputy refers.
