To ask the Minister for Health the funding allocated to mental health service and the number of staff who are in place in the service in County Offaly in each of the past six years, in tabular form; the number of positions to be filled; the number of staff members expected to retire or take other leave from the service within the next 12 months; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
