To ask the Minister for Health the status of the appointment of a community-based senior dietician for Clonmel in County Tipperary which formed part of 36 posts which were sanctioned nationally to support the implementation of the type 2 diabetes care initiative which commenced in October 2015 and which appointment was to form part of the 2016 Health Service Executive service plan; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
