The National Transport Authority (NTA) is responsible for the planning and delivery of cycling infrastructure within the Greater Dublin Area (GDA) in cooperation with the relevant local authority.

In light of the NTA's responsibility in the matter, I have forwarded your question to the NTA for attention and direct response to you.  If you have not received a reply within 10 working days please contact my office.
