To ask the Minister for Health his plans to reverse cutbacks put in place regarding chiropody for elderly persons over 65 years of age; if he is aware that these cutbacks to three appointments per annum, is not sufficient for many persons, who suffer with diabetes and arthritis; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
