To ask the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs the projected numbers of young persons expected to be leaving care over the next three years by county basis; if adequate resources are in place to ensure that all young persons leaving care can be allocated an aftercare worker and aftercare services in line with their ongoing needs; his plans to ensure that adequate resources are in place to ensure the allocation of such required aftercare for young persons leaving care; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
