While my Department does not operate any schemes with the specific purpose described by the Deputy, details of all current grant and funding programmes operated by the Department are set out in the model Publication Scheme prepared under section 8 of the Freedom of Information Act 2014 which is available on my Department's website at .

If the Deputy has any particular case in mind, I would be happy to have it examined on receipt of the relevant details.
