To ask the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade if his Department was contacted regarding a breach of Ireland's neutrality through the bailout of Bank of Ireland which owned, among its assets, a US asset management company which had a large holding in Dyncorp, the contractor for the US which organised rendition flights by Central Intelligence Agency agents.
