To ask the Minister for Health to report on the loss of up to 75% of service hours at some centres to persons with moderate intellectual disabilities and less severe physical disabilities due to the increase in break times and lunch times and preparation for home times in day service facilities; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As the Deputy's question relates to service matters, I have arranged for the question to be referred to the Health Service Executive (HSE) for direct reply to the Deputy. If the Deputy has not received a reply from the HSE within 15 working days, he can contact my Private Office and they will follow the matter up with the HSE.
