To ask the Minister for Health why services being offered to young persons with disabilities transitioning from school in north Dublin city and north Fingal are not in compliance with the New Directions Guidance Document: Defining New Service Locations, issued in February 2016, in which it is recommended that service provision should serve a local population rather than the needs of a larger geographical area.
