The person named submitted a Transfer of Allocation Right and Reference Value application to my Department seeking the transfer of allocation rights and values following the division of a holding into two or more holdings. This application was fully processed and payment under the Basic Payment Scheme issued on 29^thJanuary 2016. Balancing payments are due to issue in late April/early May 2016 when all applications under the 2015 Basic Payment Scheme are finalised.
