An application under the 2015 Areas of Natural Constraints Scheme (incorporating the Areas of Specific Constraint Scheme relating to islands) was received from the person named on 12 May 2015. The parcels claimed by the person named for the purpose of the scheme are currently designated as non island type area. Therefore, payment issued at the rate appropriate to that designation.

A request to review the designation of the parcels concerned has been received and this review is currently ongoing.
