​I refer the Deputy to my replies to his previous questions on this matter and in particular my reply to Questions no. 640,641,642 and 652 on 15 December 2015.  As I have already informed the Deputy, the processing of this FOI request and the decision of the Information Commissioner are matters for Sport Ireland and I have no role in the process. I have also already informed the Deputy that I am satisfied with the conduct of Sport Ireland and, before its establishment, the National Sports Campus Development Authority.
