800. To ask the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources if the pricing strategy operated by Electricity Supply Board cars relating to the use of electric vehicles is compatible with European Union Directive 2014/94/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 October 2014 on the deployment of alternative fuels infrastructure in Article 4, section 9; his views on the pricing strategy and the way in which it will advance the development of electric and zero-emission vehicles; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
