To ask the Minister for Health when the Health Service Executive and the Dublin mid-Leinster region will put in place an acute psychiatric unit on the campus of St. Loman's Hospital, Mullingar, County Westmeath, to cater for the special needs of persons, similar to the St. Edna's unit on the same campus.
